Change and Transformation

The People and Organisational Development team supports the University to achieve sustainable change, we work with Divisional Registrars and Heads of Service areas to establish priorities.

Below are examples of the type of support POD provides:

  • Supporting leaders to manage the people side of change e.g. through an organisational restructure.
  • Leading initiatives related to people and change strategic priorities (e.g. within Professional Services Together, Technicians commitment).
