The People and Organisational Development team supports the University to achieve sustainable change, we work with Divisional Registrars and Heads of Service areas to establish priorities.

- Design and delivery of a leadership development programme to build on skills, strengths and capabilities to increase impact and influence.
- Creating a management skills development programme for managers across the University focused on people management excellence; building manager capability and confidence and helping to promote consistent management practice.
