Welcome to the People and Organisational Development unit. Formerly the Professional Development Group of the Oxford Learning Institute, in September 2019 we became part of the University’s HR Directorate. We continue to provide and point to a range of learning and development opportunities for all staff groups (leadership and management as well as personal development). We also offer support to leaders and managers on individual and team development solutions and on achieving change at the group or departmental level.
