Following expression of interest, hosts should receive 2 documents:
- A host introduction, which outlines the pilot
- A blank participant agreement

Participant sign-up process
To offer the maximum flexibility for hosts to offer placements, a participant sign-up process is outlined below.
- Participants contact the host
We have supplied a template email (see participant section), for potential participants to get in touch with hosts directly. This way you can communicate directly about the dates, number of placements and arrangements for any pre-requisites, as required.
- Hosts confirm availability
Upon receipt of the participant email, please confirm any availability and points to note (including dates, times, and pre-requisite requirements).
Please use these details to complete the host sections of the participant agreement and send a copy to the participant. Please ask that participants, and their line managers, review and sign this document, and request that the completed document is returned to you before the placement can commence.
- Participant returns participant agreement
Once the participant, and their line manager, have reviewed and returned the completed placement agreement, please make any final arrangements for the placement. This may include final confirmation of the placement, date, time, duration, any induction requirements, etc.
- Hold your placement!

At the end of the pilot, we will contact you with a link to an evaluation. Please complete one as the host, and share the link with any participants you have hosted, so they can complete it too.
