These conversations provide an opportunity to agree on goals and objectives, fostering an environment where feedback can be both given and received. At Oxford, we refer to these conversations as Personal Development Reviews (PDR) or, for researchers, Career Development Reviews (CDR).
We encourage everyone to make use of this opportunity as part of their ongoing discussions with their manager throughout the year. To support this, we have introduced new processes, tools, and templates to simplify and enhance the experience.
