Terms and Conditions | Accredible Credentials

1. Credential Issuance

  • Digital certificates and badges are issued via Accredible to delegates who complete eligible courses.
  • Credentials are linked to the primary Oxford email address used during course registration via CoSy (SSO).

2. Access and Accounts

  • Delegates can view their credential without creating an account.
  • To share or manage credentials, delegates must create an Accredible account using their Oxford email.
  • Accredible accounts are not part of Oxford systems and do not use Oxford Single Sign-On (SSO).

3. Privacy Settings

  • Credentials are private by default.
  • Delegates may choose to make credentials public and share them via LinkedIn, email, or other platforms.
  • Privacy settings can be changed at any time within the Accredible account.

4. Leaving Oxford

  • Delegates are responsible for linking a personal email to their Accredible account before leaving Oxford to retain access.
  • Requests to change the email address attached to a credential must be made to the Training Management Team at training.management@it.ox.ac.uk.

5. Support

  • For  password resets, or technical issues, delegates must contact Accredible Support at www.accredible.com or support@accredible.com.
  • Requests to change the primary email address attached to a credential must be made to the Training Management Team at training.management@it.ox.ac.uk.
  • The Oxford IT Services Helpdesk cannot assist with Accredible account issues.

6. Use of Credentials

  • Credentials are issued for personal and professional use.
  • Delegates must not alter, misrepresent, or misuse their credentials.
  • Oxford reserves the right to revoke credentials in cases of error or misconduct.
