This module is based on a peer coaching session and will give you an opportunity to use the data and insights from your ‘Leadership Development Framework’ self assessment, to understand both your personal strengths and areas for potential ongoing growth and development.

The module is therefore a participative session based around self reflection and working with your peers.  During the session you will be invited to work in pairs / small groups to reflect on your personal learning from the Leadership Development Framework self assessment.
