University of Oxford Scientific Research Facilities Conference

We are delighted to announce the first University of Oxford Scientific Research Facilities Conference.

Over 40 SRF Leads, will present their facilities from across Divisions and Departments. Researchers from the whole of Oxford University and private companies are invited for this unique opportunity to see a wide review of the expertise, capabilities, equipment and services that these facilities hold.

I am excited that this conference is a result of my project as a Technician Champion and a part of the Technician Commitment initiative. I wanted to organise an event to showcase the expertise and capabilities of SRFs at the University, with the aim to promote interdepartmental and external collaborations, and expand the facilities’ user base. The interest was so great that the agenda for this two-day conference is fully packed, so be prepared for a stimulating and wide-ranging event.
